Terms of Service - MMO Browser

Effective 21 September 2026. This version replaces all previous versions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("User", "you") and June Dev (independent developer, contact [email protected]) ("MMO Browser", "we", "us") — governing your use of the MMO Browser software, the website mmobrowser.aurax.vn, its programming interfaces (APIs) and every related service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the software or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What the Service is

MMO Browser is an anti-detect browser that lets you create and manage multiple isolated browser profiles, each with its own browser fingerprint, proxy and browsing data, together with automation tools (RPA), team collaboration, a workflow Marketplace and a local API for integrating your own tools. The Service is delivered as desktop software combined with an online account.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Registration details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password and API tokens confidential and for all activity under your account.
One account per person or organisation unless we agree otherwise in writing. Shared use is handled through the Team feature.

3. Lawful use and prohibited conduct

The Service is a neutral tool for managing multiple accounts and automating browser tasks. You are solely responsible for how you use it, including compliance with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of every website, platform or third-party service you access through MMO Browser. You must not use the Service to:

Commit fraud, theft, money laundering or advertising fraud, impersonate others, or gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems that are not yours.
Violate laws on cybersecurity, personal data protection, intellectual property, privacy or consumer protection.
Distribute malware, scrape data unlawfully, mount denial-of-service attacks or overload our systems or those of third parties.
Reverse-engineer or crack the software, share accounts, resell the Service, or circumvent plan limits by technical means.
Publish Marketplace workflows that contain malicious code, harvest other users' cookies or credentials, or infringe copyright.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without refund, and we cooperate with competent authorities where the law requires.

We supply a tool, and we cannot monitor the browsing sessions, credentials or actions you carry out with MMO Browser: that data sits on your device, is encrypted locally, and is never sent to our servers. We therefore do not pre-screen what the Service is used for, and we endorse no unlawful use of it. If you use the Service to break the law, you are the one who answers for it, to the authorities and to anyone harmed.

4. Plans, credits and payment

The Service is sold as fixed-term subscription plans (30, 90 or 180 days) with limits on profiles, proxies, team members and RPA tasks shown at the time of purchase. Plans do not renew automatically; when a plan expires the account returns to the free tier and profiles above the free limits are locked (not deleted) until you renew.
Purchases are paid with credits held in your account. Credits are bought by bank transfer using the reference code the system issues; the transfer is recorded automatically once the bank confirms it. The credit price of each plan, the exchange rate and any taxes are shown before you confirm.
Transfers with a wrong reference, wrong amount or a different currency than stated may not be matched automatically; contact support with proof of payment and we will process it manually within 3 business days.
Credits earned through the referral programme or promotions can only be spent on the Service and are never paid out in cash.

5. Refund policy

Subscription plans: you receive a full refund of the credits spent on a plan if you ask within 7 days of purchase and the account has created no more than 5 profiles and run no more than 10 RPA tasks under that plan. Outside these conditions an activated plan is non-refundable.
Purchased credits: unused credits are refunded at their purchase value, less any actual transfer fees, if you ask within 30 days of the top-up.
Technical faults: duplicate charges, or an outage of more than 72 consecutive hours caused by us, are refunded or compensated with an equivalent extension.
No refunds are given for accounts suspended for breaching these Terms, for promotional credits, or where you cannot use the Service because a third-party platform has blocked you.
Send refund requests to [email protected] or Telegram @mmobrowser from the email address on the account. We respond within 7 business days and refund to the bank account the payment came from.

6. Software, updates and data on your device

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for the duration of your plan on the number of devices your plan allows.
The software may check for and download updates automatically to fix bugs and security issues. You may postpone them, but older versions may stop being supported.
Cookies, sessions and browsing data of each profile are stored on your computer in encrypted form and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for backups; we cannot recover this data if you lose the device or uninstall the software.
On first launch the software downloads its browser engine from an open-source project; that engine is covered by its authors' own licence.

7. Automation (RPA), the local API and Google integration

Workflows are designed or chosen by you; you are responsible for everything a workflow does on any website, including workflows installed from the Marketplace. Review other people's workflows before running them.
The local API token lets other software on your computer control MMO Browser. Protect it like a password.
When you connect Google Sheets or Drive, the software only acts on the data you specify in your workflows; see the Google data section of the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account.

8. Marketplace and user content

By publishing a workflow on the Marketplace you confirm that you hold the rights to it and grant us the right to store, display and distribute it to other users at the price you set. We keep a share of the revenue at the rate published when you list it. We may remove infringing content without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The software, source code, trademarks, interface and documentation of MMO Browser belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. The data you create (profiles, workflows, tables) remains yours.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise that operating multiple accounts on any platform will go undetected, unblocked or unbanned; platform detection changes constantly and is outside our control. You bear the risk to your accounts, data and transactions on third-party platforms.

This disclaimer extends to the legal consequences of how you use the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unlawful acts committed by you or by anyone using your account, including where those acts are carried out through features of the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data stored on your device, or damage caused by third parties (platforms, proxy providers, banks).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, fine, loss or reasonable cost (including legal fees) brought by a third party or a public authority and arising from: (a) your use of the Service in breach of the law or of these Terms; (b) content, workflows or data you create and share; (c) your breach of a third-party platform’s terms. We will tell you about the claim and may choose our own counsel to defend it, at your reasonable cost.

13. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support; unused credits are handled under section 5.
We may suspend the Service for maintenance (with notice where possible) or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
After termination, server-side data is deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy; data on your device is under your control.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the software at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; if no agreement is reached within 30 days, they are submitted to the competent court in Vietnam.
