This Privacy Policy explains how June Dev — independent developer ("MMO Browser", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use the MMO Browser software, the website mmobrowser.aurax.vn and related services. It is written to comply with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, the Law on Cybersecurity and the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
1. Data we collect
1.1. Data you give us
- Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash, never in clear text). With Google sign-in: the name, email and profile picture from your Google profile.
- Service configuration: names and settings of your browser profiles, the fingerprint assigned to each, proxy addresses and proxy credentials, workspaces, teams and their members, labels, tags, bookmarks and chosen extensions.
- Automation: RPA workflows, data tables, global variables, schedules and task logs. Credentials you save for use inside workflows (for example a captcha-solving key) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
- Payments: credit top-ups, plan purchases, invoices and the bank-transfer details reported by the bank (sender name, amount, reference). We do not collect or store card numbers or banking passwords.
- Support: anything you send us when you contact support.
1.2. Data collected automatically
- IP address, device type and operating system, software version and sign-in time — used to protect your account, enforce the per-plan limit on concurrent devices and detect abuse.
- Usage counters: number of profiles, RPA tasks run per day, storage used — to apply plan limits.
- A random identifier the software generates on each computer to count sessions; it is not derived from your hardware.
1.3. Data that stays on your computer
Cookies, sessions, history and cache of each browser profile, as well as your local API token, are stored on your device, encrypted with the operating system's key store. They are not sent to our servers. Proxy passwords are fetched only when a profile is launched and are not written to disk.
2. Why we use your data
- To provide, operate and sync the Service across your devices and with the team members you share with.
- To authenticate you, protect your account and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To process payments, issue invoices and calculate referral commissions.
- To send transactional email: confirmations, password resets, team invitations, plan-expiry notices. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
- To provide technical support and improve the product using aggregated, anonymised statistics.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Google data (Sheets and Drive)
If you choose to connect a Google account in the automation features, MMO Browser requests access to Google Sheets and Google Drive through Google OAuth. We use that access only to perform the actions you configure in your workflows: reading and writing spreadsheets, uploading or downloading the files you specify. Google access tokens are stored encrypted on your device; our server only refreshes tokens and never reads the contents of your files or spreadsheets. We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell it, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
MMO Browser's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers we need to run the Service, under confidentiality agreements:

Browser-fingerprint data refreshed from an external provider is generic technical data and contains none of your personal data. We may disclose data to competent authorities when legally required.
5. Storage and retention
- Servers are located in Vietnam. All connections to them are encrypted with TLS.
- Account data is kept for as long as the account exists and for up to 30 days after you delete it, to handle disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- Invoices and transaction records are kept for 10 years as required by accounting law.
- System logs containing IP addresses are kept for at most 90 days.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sensitive credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; sessions can be revoked remotely; internal access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure — if we discover an incident affecting your data we will notify you within 72 hours as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the right to know about and access your data; to have it corrected; to have it deleted; to withdraw consent; to restrict or object to processing; to receive a copy of your data; and to complain to the competent authority. You can export your data and delete your account from Settings, or send a request to [email protected]. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and complete them within 30 days at most.
8. Cookies on the website
mmobrowser.aurax.vn uses browser storage only to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we delete the account and its data.
10. Changes to this policy
Material changes are announced by email or in the software at least 7 days in advance. The effective date at the top of this document identifies the current version.
